Refund/Cancellation Policy

We apologise but unless goods are faulty, refunds will not be given as each print is reproduced to order.

For faulty goods please e-mail roger@rogerlawceramics.com.  Faulty goods should be returned within three weeks of receipt.

Ownership and Copyright

It is my expectation that my artwork will not be purchased for resale on any internet-based auction or other website and will be retained for personal enjoyment.

Copyright, and other relevant intellectual property rights, of my artwork and content of my website remains with me, Roger Law.

You may not copy, alter or reproduce any material or image featured on my website or purchased from me.  You may not publish, or offer for publication or reproduction, any of my artwork to any third party at any time without my permission or license.  Nor may any of this material be stored in any retrieval system or be included in any other computer program or work.

Data Protection 

By using my site you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.  I will not transmit or sell personally identifiable information obtained from you and will only use your contact information to let you know about my future exhibitions or publications, unless you indicate to the contrary.

Reliance and Liability of Information 

The material displayed on my website is provided without any guarantees as to its accuracy and I disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on it by anyone accessing my site or any third parties.

To the extent that the information on my website is provided free-of-charge I will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature by anyone accessing my site or by any third parties.

I retain the right to make changes to the content of my site at any time.  If the need arises I may suspend access to my site or close it indefinitely.  I am under no obligation to update material that may be out-of-date at any given time.
